Bioavailable Testosterone & Ultra Sensitive Estradiol

I have been talking with a patient of Dr. Jacobs and apparently the standard test they run for PFS sufferers is for Bioavailable Testosterone and Ultra Sensitive Estradiol. These seem to be out of whack for the majority of Dr Jacobs’ PFS patients.

I looked into getting these tested in the UK but it seems like it’s not possible. Has anyone in the UK had success getting them tested? I’m keen to get them done to see if I might benefit from TRT.

I’ve had both tested multiple times and have gotten them to normal/high levels with absolutely no change in my symptoms.

Thanks moonman1, did your doc do them for you? I can’t find any tests here in the UK and I know the NHS won’t run them.

Yah, Dr Crisler runs them all the time.

Would you say it’s the wrong path, since your symptoms didn’t improve?

Yup, focus on something else. Especially donating to the foundation.
