Here are 2 articles that talk about adrenal fatigue and how to try to get it back to normal without medication.

In one of the Recoveries threads people have talked about getting the right amount of sleep over a long period of time as a reason they recovered. This could be key because getting the right amount and going to bed early (as well as diet and proper exercise) seems very important if one suffers from adrenal fatigue.
I’m totally trying to address adrenal fatigue now, it is great that you made a post about exercise and how it makes you feel better sexually, I pretty much came about to this conclusion just today. I am maybe thinking that aerobic exercise might actually do more good than lifting weights, though I wouldn’t suggest ceasing weight training.
Yesterday I was playing an intense game of basketball, it tired me out, and when I woke up this morning I had the hardest morning wood I’ve had in a long while, and I just generally feel better, and something in the far back of my head is telling me that I am a bit better sexually.
Exercise does in fact make you sleep better and has such health benefits.
I can’t wait to order some X-dream and get a hold of it so I can rest better, I’m thinking that good sleep is the solution to all of our problems. Today I’m going to buy some melatonin to help, and I will combine it with the X-dream.
So until then exercise aerobically to the point of making you sore the next day!

If you suspect it is AF (or if your doctor can diagnose it) then make sure you read about aerobic exercise in those links. Doing aerobic exercise is one way to deplete adrenal glands. Going for walks or just shooting baskets instead of playing in a game is much more therapeutic. I find that getting out and shooting baskets for 30 mins makes me feel much more focused and refreshed afterwards. Just be careful not to over do it.

I think with AF you are not supposed to do any type of cardio exercise or strenuous activity for more than 15 minutes every 8 hours. So in a given day you should not do more than two 15 minute interval of cardio activity during ur awake hours. Best to be still and relaxed.
Good luck
