For those who have been experimenting with their diet, what has worked best for you? For the past two months I have been following the paleo diet (with maybe 2 or 3 days where I had no choice but to break the diet), but I also see a lot of people posting about the benefits of carb backloading. Obviously you can’t do carb backloading while on the paleo diet, so Im just curious if people reccomend incorporating both somehow.
