Best Coping Technique (for me)

I thought I should share this with all of you. This technique helped me a lot when I was initially getting depressed and more recently has been helping with insomnia related stress.

This is the Emotional Freedom Technique(EFT), based on acupuncture meridians.

A lot of people on the Adrenal Fatigue group have also found it usefull. No drugs, no medication just tapping on meridian points.

Suggest you try this a 3-4 times a day for a week before giving up on it. I personally do this before going to bed as it relaxes me. And also first thing in the morning
