Bald Truth Merck Connection ?

I’m wondering if those guys at the bald truth get paid by Merck ?

They never stop talking about Finasteride they act like its a harmless vitamin supplement.
Even when I took the drug I would not have been so quick to recommend it because I knew it carried a risk but I didnt know the full list of side effects it caused.

In this episode they basically imply that people who queston the drugs safety are like thin foil hat conspiracy theorists.

What they are saying is very dangerous because it gives people the impression that have never took the drug that all the side effects we are experiencing are some how imagined.

These guys are no different to Merck - immoral profiteers. Fair enough, it can work regarding hair, but don’t try & a reaasure guys by painting genuine sufferers as hypochondriacs. Dangerous stuff, leading to false reassurances for guys considering it & ergo more suffering. If they were just fucking honest about the risks then there might be more of a level playing field with regards to legitimate choice. What is unforgivable is to continue to push this drug with lies and false promises. What the research will hopefully prove is the extent of the damage & the criminal irresponsibility of all concerned. As many others have noted, if this was not big business, this would be a criminal prosecution. I suspect that research in time will show that even those with no obvious sides have had their minds and bodies royally fucked by Merck et al.

If a similar scenario were to arise in any other industry, heads would roll at Merck. Fines and firings at least, jail time at best.

The lesson going forward is that Merck is never to be trusted under any circumstances–not unlike post-World War II Germany.

And, yes, the one saving grace here is that hard-core scientific research will soon prove a link between finasteride and PFS.

And then… well, let’s just say Hitler’s bunker awaits.
