Avoid Aggression and Trolling on the Forum

moderators, I would appreciate if you can make this a sticky.

I noticed that many if not most experimenters, even those that are experimenting under the direction of their own endocrinologist, have to deal with people who are extremely negative to the point of aggression. If you start your own thread to tell your own story, and so long as your story is not completely a fraud (such as trying to sell obviously scam pills), I would consider anyone who steals the thread with repetitive negative comments as a troll.

This has resulted in an unhealthy environment for discussions, and has made some people leave the forums for good. I can think of at least 2 people who recently stopped posting here, because their success stories have been welcomed with aggressive behavior by some members. These two members were clearly not trying to sell anything and both were under the supervision of the doctor. I joined recently, so I am sure there are dozens of examples I am missing.

Also i have seen some obsessive posts by some users who have inconsiderately tried to derail some threads to say what they have said 100 times before. This is trolling.

I kindly urge some of you to stop trolling and create a welcoming environment that fosters learning.

Yeah it’s a hostile environment. It’s indicative of the condition, I’m a lot more bitter and resentful then I used to be.

Just wished people stopped making absolute claims on the cure or cause with such convinction. Even if you have recovered, no-one can seriously think they 100% understand PFS.

Issue I have with recovery stories is that most are antagonistic and evasive. It’s almost as if they don’t fullly believe it theirselves, and feel any query provokes doubt that they truly are cured.

Well said.
