Asparagus racemosus (Shatavaari)

I’ve been taking Asparagus racemosus again recently, with some good results.
It seems to work even better if I get a good nights sleep.

Which is why I’ve created this thread.

Anyone else tried Asparagus racemosus?
I’m taking the Himalayan brand.

Shatavari is one of the Vajikarana herbs, and just like Ashwagandha, in men it can readily increase testosterone, semen count, seminal fructose content, erection indexes, and much more. Shatavari is imbued with phytoecdysteroids which can mimic hormones and sapogenins.

hey man,

Did you ever test c4a etc?

Abstract

The in vitro anticandidal activity of Asparagus racemosus roots and tubers extract was investigated against Candida albicans, Candida tropicalis, Candida krusei, Candida guillermondii, Candida parapsilosis and Candida stellatoida, which are isolated from vaginal thrush patients. The extract of Asparagus racemosus showed high degree of activity against all the Candida strains. The inhibitory effect of the extract against all the Candida tested was found comparable with that of standard antibiotics used.

No. If i could afford it, I would make an appointment with one of Dr Shoemaker’s recommended doctors
and ask for the c4a test… along with HLA DR … and all the other tests for ‘Chronic Inflammatory Response syndrome’.

I think those tests probably correlate to having crimson crescents in the throat. That is a cheaper way to check from systemic inflamation. Many people here have them. 80% of people with cfs have them.
