Since money is apparently more important than people, it would make more sense to team up with a bunch of wall street firms to fund a cure. Their payoff would be to engineer a plan to SHORT Merck stock once the news hit’s the wire. They make huge profits, Merck stock gets hammered, Merck execs lose huge amounts of stock based compensation and PFS guys get a solution.
