Same here, most of discomfort on the left side, left knee pain in the past, and now weird penile curvature to the left.

Ok, I guess you’re truly in opposition then.
I mostly/only have sexual symptoms but I can’t say I feel that one side is affected more than the other. I do have more facial hair growth on one side of my face though, but it’s entirely possible it was like that before PFS.
