I have never thought i will start losing my hair, because they were super thick and I had perfect hair line. In addition none of my parents have alopecia. And all of the sudden my hair started thinning and recessing. I can see the difference every month. So just in about 8 months its gone pretty bad and its quite agressive. If 1 accutane pill cause ED, why can’t it also trigger hair loss.

This is very, very, common among post-Accutane patients but is usually attributed to telogen effluvium caused by the drug’s cytotoxic effects , rather than being a triggered form of MPB from reflex hyperandrogenicity caused by its anti-androgenic effects.

I hope it is telogen effluvium, because there is a small chance hair will cover…
But still , 1 pill of accutane, is it enough for TE ?
Hard to say. I think you should be able to make an assessment on the type of hair loss according to the pattern of thinning.
At least you know enough to stay off of finasteride, as there have been a few lucky PAS patients with hair loss after Accutane, who later graduated to becoming PFS patients with worsened symptoms.
