I’ve noticed even on small TRT dosages of 100mg per week I would need AIs to control my estrogen. Right now on a large dosage of testosterone even 50mg of aromasin is simply not enough.
I wonder if accutane use has affected the way my body uses testosterone. Maybe the conversion to dht is “broken” and it’s forced to aromatise. Any ideas?
Yes I had a thread where I talked about this when I tried TRT I would convert to estrogen with doses as low as 50mg!

Are you taking the 100 all at once. I thought I read if you split up the weekly shots every other day, it may help.
How do you know or how do you experience this much aromatisation? Or is it the blood tests you’d see it on?
Blood tests will show elevated estrogen and you’ll feel your nipples get a very uncomfortable feeling from gyno growing, in general your mood will be like shit to crying all the time and depressed.
