anyone have urethral issues?

I need to get to the urologist soon and have this checked out

but i do feel some discomfort in the urethra, only sometimes when peeing, and only at the last drop of urine. Sometimes even after urinating, i’ll feel one last drop making its way forward, which will feel like it is burning. This happens occasionally, and then goes away and i completely forget about it, but all in all this has been going on for more than a year. I also feel discomfort occasionally when pushing hard when i urinate, like there is a needle poking something in there

I was thinking could be an STD, but i haven’t had any sex in about a year, already got tested for HIV which I am negative for, and i figured if i contracted anything from her it would have cleared up a long time ago.

It may seem dumb that I haven’t gone to a urologist sooner, but i have to stress that this isn’t a constant issue, it completely goes away sometime.

I guess it is possible that my body is infected with something and i don’t even know it, which maybe sounds consistent with the fact that I can’t produce a fever reaction to being sick anymore

Please answer back if anyone can relate to my symptoms

It’s possible that it’s nerve related, likely IMO given the timing/consistency of symptoms.

I agree it’s probably nervous. I talked yesterday with a guy, he was diagnosed with hypertone of the urethra. There’s an exam you can make for diagnosing it. Urodynamical exam I believe. We are practically all dealing with these issues, everywhere I read, there’s always a neurological problem related to lack of anticonvulsive/sedative neuroactive steroids. Hypertone here, hypertone there. Balancing hormones without resolving this issue doesn’t bring us any further. It’s still the question of allopregnanolone and the other neurosteroids.

Prostatitis can have a very long latency period. A lot men have symptoms only like twice a year. Get your semen leukocytes and IL-s tested. Mine are low, so my doctor says it’s not prostatitis, but nerve pain. He got certain of it after I had described the pain in detail to him. I still doubt it, though, and think it’s prostatitis. Haven’t had any pain since september luckily, which is surprising.
