Has anyone had any improvements with therapy, specifically cbt
Helps with overall coping and general sanity … but I haven’t heard of anyone being cured from CBT alone (and it didn’t cure me either). But perhaps you just need to find the right therapist?
It helped me deal with anxiety. I used CBT along with silexan. Silexan has been a great treatment of my anxiety and I have happy with the results. The anxiety has not resolved but it is not severe anymore.
Amino acids has nearly cured all of my symptoms. I wrote about it and have put a lot of info in the comments under therapeutic efforts called “My regimen, and it’s working”. If you haven’t seen it, check it out. If you have seen it and haven’t tried it, what do you have to lose?
