I had prelim bloods indicating low t and below range cortisol.
A lot of people seem to have messed up cortisol levels but usually above range. Could low cortisol explain muscle wastage?
high cortisol can explain muscle wastage, but not low cortisol.
I spoke to my Endro and he said low cortisol will cause low T. you should talk to your doct. maybe too low or too high both art not good.

Pregnenolone? hydrocortisone?
measure your temps. make sure they are perfect. isocourt, adrenal extracts, adrenal herbs, hydrocortisone, florinef.
Your temps will tell you if your low.
I am using hydrocortisone as we speak. I get no benefits.
How are you doing? I have low cortisol at night. I actually sleep anywhere between 6-9 hours a night but I never feel rested during the day. It’s strange.
