Anyone fixed digestion/absorption issues or at least improve

Does anyone here get in their stool pieces of food, as if the body is not digesting it? In particular vegetables.

And has anyone been able to at least treat it or take something that help your body actually absorb it?

dk actually how relevant this is, but since i haven’t masturbated in 5 weeks, my gastrointestinal motility and stool formation have been much more consistent.
