Almost 2 years into PFS and I’m pretty sure my forearm and leg hair is thinning, breaking off or falling out. Facial hair seems to be in check (for now). I was a pretty hairy guy before PFS.
Anybody else experience this? Did it ever come back?
I have lost my hair under knees. also 50% from my forearms.I have posted my pics of my legs without hair. I was very hairy too.
Same. I’ve lost the majority of my arm hair, to the point where I just shave it off now because it looks weird. All hair on my body can be pulled out VERY easily. Leg hair slightly less so. Beard hair has been fine but recently it seems to be thinning and coming out easier. This really sucks. Although people with thyroid issues experience the same thing and it all comes back when they recover or take certain meds, so it should return to normal if and when we recover.
My beard on the right side of face stopped growing. It has come back a bit but it still does not grow at the same rate than on the left side of face.
Thanks to fin I cant grow a full beard now because it looks weird.
Totally. This happened gradually while I was on it and worsened after the crash. I also noticed that I never got as much chest hair as the other men in my family, or back hair. It mostly created symmetrical hairless patches on my calves (front and sides) and odd holes in my beard. I am happy to say that now off the poison for about 18 months, the beard is much better. The calves still have the weird bald spots, but I am getting a lot more ear hair than I used to. So that’s probably a good sign.
I’ve never been a very hairy guy. Before PFS I had so tiny hairs on my arm that most women were hairy next to me. Even on my leg I had much less and shorter hairs than most guys but after my crash in the 2 years in which I was ruined and waited for the symptoms to resolve the hair from the back of my lower legs has completely fallen out. My calves were “balding” (just like in case of old men). Then I started active treatment and when I got my hcg shots the hairs started to grow back and hcg made hair a bit stronger on my whole body (except my hairline…). Since then the hairs on my calves have completely grown back.
