Sorry for being so blunt here, but has anyone ever used a cock ring since having pfs. Do you think it would help maintain erections. It’s not a solution I know but any improvement is a good thing.
I haven’t but I reckon it’d help based on the principle behind it. Prevents outward bloodflow iirc.
