Anyone else?

In the ten years since I’ve been off P, I’ve noticed that it’s all cycles, of course. The only time I feel anything is when I am horribly hungover. I know that being hungover sends the T though the roof, and doc knows what else, temporarily until it crashes but these seem to be the only times I get morning erections. However, I have gone through strict diet and exercise regimens for months that have made me feel worse, nothing compared to this hangover feeling and no morning erections. In fact, I feel like I am even further away from where I want to be when I am “healthy”. I feel like my hormones have been turned inside out, like they react adversely to normal and healthy circumstances and almost beneficially to deficits and anomalies. Thoughts?

Alcohol supresses the immune system.

I suspect PFS is an autoimmune disease. As we know most people have autoimmune disease for life. A rare few have what it takes to reverse one (cd nuts )

Alcohol also raises allopregnenolone.

When i took MDMA i felt recovered for a week. My friends only felt good the day they took it then felt horrible for a week.

Mdma has profound immunosuppressive effects.

If your fucked after 10yrs of PFS i doubt in 10yrs youl be bettet. You gotta do something. 21 day water fast, fecal transplant. Something bro!

Hey InLimbo1 - I am just starting my 10th year of pfs. I rarely drink anymore so I really can’t comment on whether a hangover helps me. Lack of sex drive and ED seem to be permanent with me even though the multitude of other pfs issues have largely faded. The only supplement that I have found that seems to semi consistently help with morning erections in Caltrate with Vit D and minerals (I buy the generic). It only has 7 ingredients in it (calcium, vit d, zinc, copper, boron, manganese, and magnesium) so I’m not sure which one is helping, but I would guess it is the combination. I’ve taken most of them individually with not much help (don’t think I’ve ever taken manganese by itself, should try that some day). Also weed (cannibis indica) helps (I live in Colorado). But that’s about it. Hoping for a miracle when the studies are released, but not really expecting one.
