does anyone have this? I have this feeling in my eyes too. It bothers me in my testicles its like the tubes from the testicles to the body are completely dried out very uncomfortable.
I also sometimes get spasms between both of my testicles. It’s like a twitch. Maybe the hormones are being rejected or something…

no the scrotum is always high and tight, but the testicles are not in the body…

Yes, same exact feeling i had in the early days of PFS. It went away. Please get some labs that may capture something to identify what’s happening see a urologist and describe it, in hopes they can detect something.
Was anything caught for you? I’ve done plenty of labs in the last 7 years only showing low FSH
