Any tips on helping Disassociation?

I am on month 3 of my Fin recovery and my most persistent symptom is disassociation. I wouldn’t put it under “brain fog” as I actually have a good memory, and feel quite intellectually sharp. However the constant feeling of being spaced out coupled with visual issues such as visual snow and floaters are annoying, so if anyone has any tips on how to help with this I would be greatly appreciative.

I believe ‘grounding techniques’ can help with disassociation. You can look them up on your own or find a therapist that can teach you.

Thx bro. I’ve got plans on booking some sessions with a therapist who helped me deal with some issues a while back. I’ll mention the grounding techniques and see if anything comes of it.
