Testosterone is very important when it comes to vascularisation (blood flow) around the body.

And the point?
The point is that finasteride is a known antiandrogen and known to result in hypogonadism in many men.
So many men could easily have poor blood flow because they lack testosterone and and a lack of testosterone causes poor blood flow.
