Do people recover from the mental side effects? Mainly brain fog? If so, how long did it take?
Yeah, they do. U never know how long - 10 weeks or 10 years…
For some people they dont at all . If you have both gut issues and brain fog then work on fixing your gut, that should help a bit with the mental issues.
There are lots of recoveries from brain fog, if you try searching the forum there are reasons to be positive to be found.
