If yes what ones to what degree

Thanks

anything over 2 is hypo dude!
In the last 20 years the accepted normal upper limit for TSH has officially dropped from around 20 to about 4.5. Even this limit is too high. A TSH of over 2.0 puts someone at increased risk of developing overt disease.

your LH is very high 12.7 r u on SERM?
hig lh but low TT. With TSH 2.33 u don’t need to wonder why ur TT is low. IF u goo through blood reports u will notice this trend high TSH low TT and high LH.
is dr.chris looking at ur Thyroid?

sps

He is as you can see that is my thyroid panel.

my Free T3 looks fine doesnt it?

Yes I’m on a SERM. It will go back down once I’m off…I’m not worried about that…My LH was 4.0 and FSH was 1.9 before taking any Serm’s a few months back.

My testosterone swung 200+ points to the downside…that happens though…what can you do…

I’m taking alot of vitamins, especially Vitamin B’s and Iodine as well…

I still am struggling with Erectile Dysfunction.

if mike is correct and those new ranges indicate hypothyroid, maybe its wise to find a doc who will treat it - or to try the trh stim test - also, i read that iodine may actually be bad if your hypo - though this isnt a scientific source.

Anonnn1,

You can’t rule out hypothyroidism yet. I’m not sure about how reliable Reverse T3 is. I just don’t know enough about how accurate the results are when testing this hormone.

What I can tell, is that the TRH test is the Gold standard. thanks to Golf, I found out about my thyroid problem. I got a TRH test done. If you have good insurance, they should cover this test.

Thanks man…I’m just getting really frustrated at my results when everything on paper SEEMS to look fine…but I feel like crap…

Frustrating

your all T values look fine except TSH.
you will have to hold ur frustration untill u stop ur SERM, it does not matter how u feel now b/c u have to stop SERM, once ur blood values stabilise then u will determine where u r standing.

have u used tribulus ever?
R U takin Vit D3?

SPS

been taking about 6000-8000 UI vitamin D3 per day.

I take zinc/mag/calcium + fish oil+ multi vitamin. High doses of Vit B’s, C, and E’s as well.

I’ve messed with tribilus along time ago…I got some results but it was short lived. I’ve used Yohimbe with some success too…

Anonnn, have you ever tested DHT?

Any improvement here? Found this topic very interesting.
