Androgen deprivation syndrome

I was searching about abdrogen deprivation syndrome but i didnt find so many infos about it. According to pfs foundation its closely to match our syndrome. Does anyone have some knowledge about it? Is it same with low testesterone symptoms?

I think its basically the same as low testoterone

Wrong.

Why do you deliberately keep up this misinformation? You are spamming the forum in a deliberate way, constantly suggesting that people should use T. This is dangerous advice and you are not a doctor.

Look at the links posted by Mew - everything you need to know about Post-Androgen Deprivation Syndrome is explained in there. It is a valid and legitimate medical condition and anyone reading this should disregard Praying to heal’s comments.

Im sorry sir I thought androgen deprivation was basically low testosterone… I didn’t mean to mislead anyone… I guess I was wrong … sorry

Thanks mew, so its really similar with pfs except vision problems and tinnitus and i didnt see genital numbness as a ADS symptom. Dementia symptoms are our brainfog problem i guess.

Actually the ‘The Androgen Deprivation Syndrome’ is the same as having low testosterone. It is the side effects suffered by men undergoing androgen deprivation therapy.

If guys are going to turn up here and post - despite not having finasteride side effects - at least educate yourself about the problem.

Yes I thought it was but wasn’t sure and thanks for the info

Two words …

Phantom DHT

I figured they would dismiss the fallout of this medication as just a result of the person having cancer. What about us? Fine before this… after taking this medication now have …Depression, fatigue, and cognitive dysfunction. Add in nerve damage that is probably attributed to Chemo therapy. So no one ever pins the tail on Fin. The cancer patients usually die so problem covered there.

Depression and fatigue can and have been attributed to the cancer itself or to other medical comorbid conditions. In this regard, cancers of various sites have been associated with depression, fatigue, and cognitive dysfunction, with worse symptoms in patients with more advanced cancers.

What on earth are you talking about???

The links Mew posted above should be required reading for everyone. And then a short test should be required to prove you have understood them - as well as the other key issues surrounding this problem.

Yes its bad shit here!!! hopefully the studies will reveal a cure to this horrible horrible disease
