Some men use Male to female products to feminise themselves. Two such products are transfemme and Bountiful breasts. Both these products use Bovine (cow) ovaries extract as the main ingredient. After using these products males get exactly same symptoms as pfs. At the very bottom of the post, you can click the links to learn more about these products.
I encourage everyone of you to find the difference between theses people (who never took any 5AR inhibitors) and us. I think there is no difference, they are 100% like us.

I too have lost my erections ,but I started losing mine 4 months into taking Bountiful Breast! Now it has been over 4 months since I took any pills ,and my breasts are still growing .Another thing about my penis,it has gotten very tiny.I only have about an inch left of my penis that hasn’t disappeared.My body seems to me on automatic pilot now with weight distribution .My legs have slimmed down more ,and they have no signs of ever being masuline . I was on Bountiful Breast for only seven months.Eight pills a day ,4 in the morning ,and 4 an hour before I went to bed. I am not taking any hormones of any kind ,but the feminization just continues on its own.My masculinity has dissappeared. 2. Penis size and erections can be affected

Bovine ovary works through a process called aromatization where the body converts testosterone into estrogen – resulting in estrogen levels of biological females. As the male body increases in estrogen and decreases in testosterone, your penis and testicles will shrink. According to Transfemme‘s website, most users report shrinkage after approximately 6 months.

The lower testosterone levels will also affect your erections. As your body converts testosterone into more estrogen, erections will become less frequent and more difficult. If you still want to have erections, do not use Transfemme for longer than six months at a time.

The feminizations they cause are varied from mild to wild and often not reversible, at least not quickly. I am familiar with one TG who took the glandulars for several months and quit them due to the expense and lack of satisfactory results. About a month or so later he found himself wierdly undergoing surprising changes and could not put the brakes on! Luckily, for him, he was cool with those changes, just initially scared by what was happening, both because he had no control over them and because he had stopped consuming the B/O tablets!

I would like to let individuals know that if you take Bountiful Breast ,or Transfemme,You had better make sure that you will want to live as a woman for the rest of your life! I switched to Bountiful Breast exactly 9 months ago after being on estrogen and other supplements for a year. I wanted better results. I have to warn against something else ! If you don’t want to lose your manhood, I would not suggest taking Bountiful Breast or Transfemme past the 5 month mark ! I can tell you about how it has changed me ! My penis was almost 10 inches , to date ,it is a hair over 2 1/2 inches ,my testicals have shrunk , I can no longer have erections ,and my sperm count doesn’t make the chart . I have been totally feminized ,and there is no return for me. I was told by the Dr. that I need to make apointments to see an Endocrinologist and a Gynocologist so that my options can be discussed. This is the path that I have chosen ,I knew that it was permanent ,and I chose to take it. You need to be sure that is what you want ! I have not been paid to scare someone,I just want them to know first hand from someone that has gone through it,to know what to expect. There is one thing that I would like to know about ,and that is about fennel and fenugreek . If boiling water for tea,how much water ,and how much fennel and fenugreek is used ? Now that I am off Bountiful Breast , I would like to try this tea.

I share your being “a little scared” about what it says it might do to your penis. Anyways, I took them. The results were, so far, small boobs, more feminine headhair, slower growing, softer and finer body hair, more pronounced and feminine butt, legs and arms. And, a soft penis that doesn’t orgasm anymore.

With TF it’s all or nothing. If you stay on TF long enough to ensure an hourglass figure, then welcome to womanhood! After six months on TF I found it impossible to get an erection, but my it took another three months before I saw significant shrinkage of my ‘male parts’.

For anyone that has doubts about anything Bountiful Breast or Transfemme claim ,I am living proof that their claims are true. As I have stated before , I started with a 38-32-38 male physique with just shy of having a 10 inch penis. Now to this minute , I have a very feminine 43-30-41 figure and my penis is close to 3 inches of silly putty. Yes they are like us and as you have read the manufacturer of these products claims effects are permanent.
I think some doctor or Scientist will look at my post. Also can some body send this to pfsfoundation? I mean Mew or Awor not an ordinary guy like me.

I don’t think they’re the same thing. Not all the PFS victims have their bodies feminized. PFS is not a one-fit-all thing

First of all, I personally think there is good reason to believe that most of the common symptoms (libido, num ness, fatigue,…) are not due only to 5ar inhibition. As I mentioned earlier these symptoms have been experienced by people who have taken anti androgens such as RU and flutamide.
So on that level I believe this.

Second, the people you are citing above are having major body changes and growing boobs. I am not sure why you want to scare everyone here. Can we get in touch with these people and ask them if they experience: genital numbness, brain fog, non-existent libido, prostate pain, depression,…? . I really honestly would be curious if they do, and if so, how can anyone want to change gender so badly to want to be depressed for the rest of his life. I actually doubt that they experience these symptoms, which makes me curious.

Overall, if we can further research these guys and try to understand similarities and differences that could be very useful…

Im transgender and I was on an anti androgen and estrogen for almost a year before I took fin. Up until that point i always had a very positive mood, I had no brain fog or anything of the sort, and I actually had a sex drive and enjoyed it. After taking finasteride for 10 days in December of 2014 all of this changed and I became severely depressed, obtained massive brain fog, and I lost all enjoyment in sex/masturbation.

Finasteride is in a class of its own. There arent any other drugs that can fuck you up like this one has, at least in my experience.

Think it’s just characteristic of lack of androgenic activity. There’s is probably almost fully suppressed if they’re persistently using female hormones and anti-androgens. Ours probably less so, but still impaired. I can certainly perform sexually, just well below optimum, where as these guys are effectively saying they cannot achieve any erection.

It’s an interesting subject though. Testosterone has functions to a man’s well-being beyond sexuality. I wonder how healthy transgender men really are.

No it isn’t just a lack of androgenic activity. If that were the case then every woman on the planet would have persistent brain fog and all of the other symptoms of pfs.

So when you were on Anti androgen and estrogen did you have any shrinkage? low T?.If yes and even then you did not feel like having pfs then what you say makes a lot of sense otherwise not. We have many posters here who were fine for years on Fin but then suddenly at the end or when they stopped fin, got shrinkage and all sides. So this means what they were taking before sides was not fin? I think your argument is not strong enough. Please reread my posts and quotes too. Especially[b]FAQ from transfemme

Here I am trying to connect dots and better understand sides of Fin and Estrogen. In my opinion they are similar.I am member in few forums of Female to Males and can tell you they are like us after Bovine extract use. But since they are on Estrogen replacement therapy too, according to some experienced FTMs this saves them from brain fog. Where as we are without enough hormones.
Guys instead of speculations why not you visit forums your selve and get first hand information? I have visited some Adrnal glands forums too and spoke with few members who have undergone surgical removal of both adrenal glands and can tell you they are different from us (my opinion).Their sex did not die.
