Having been on finasteride for a long time I do worry about the risk that I have somehow upregulated the androgen receptors in the prostate. If that is the case I wonder what happens when you add back DHT - down regulation? increased risk of cancer? decreased risk of cancer? Sounds like we don’t really have much of a clue how this works yet.
