I have also found a lot of studies showing the benefits of this on both the prostate, and positive modulation on gaba receptors. The only issue is it really isnt an available “drug” yet - only a test chemical - so finding a doctor to give it to us will be a struggle. The study you listed got it from here

And its available a few other places online, but its a class III drug in the USA (since its technically a steroid) and must be ordered by a practitioner.
It’s simple…the medical community must simply experiment this drug on us and see if it corrects our problem.
It could be the missing piece of the puzzle.
yes, now we just have to find a doctor who is willing.
