Yes but what is not promising is that many don’t respond to viagra. You’re basically talking about getting enough blood flow and erections so the tissue reverses it’s changes due to finasteride. But if viagra doesn’t work or PFS affected individuals become tolerant to viagra’s effects how could this help? Not to mention that viagra has it’s own side effects. Perhaps HGW is a suitable substitute here though it’s also possible to become tolerant to it’s effects just like viagra, if not easier than viagra because it’s weaker.

Viagra sides are minamal for me now, i used to get a headache, but nothing much now. I have not gained tolerance to any of them by cycling them. They only work for me when im round a woman, i wonder how many guys try them and expect to just get erections for masterbating.
I must also mention viagra didnt work for me until about the fourth time i took it, cialis worked straight away.
I only take it occasionally prior to attempting sexual activities so as not to build tolerance. Yes, it still increases penile bloodflow/penis gets warm and assists somewhat with erectile function, however as it is far less potent than Viagra, it will not give you a rock hard diamond-cutter stiffy that doesn’t go down on its own. You still need to be able to get the erection in the first place with HGW.
That said I do get the occasional stuffy head feeling after use, and it does tend to make my heart beat faster/harder for a few hours, which subsides after use within hours/by next day. Those are only “side effects” I’ve noticed.
