I wonder how we can have the benefits of UV induced NO stimulation whilst protecting ourselves from skin cancer also.
Incidentally, I remember last summer I was laying a patio with my shirt off and I caught the sun. Mild sunburn. Definitely, had a burst of increased libido! I assumed it was UV stimulating testosterone but perhaps it was also increased NO also!

In my opinion sun exposure will help us recover much quicker than all the other methods on this site. It helps with neurotransmision, the prostate, muscle wastage, depressionm, libido, detoxification, cancer, all kinds of diseases and more. It can even restore fertillity. Recently researchers look at vitamin d like it’s a crucial hormone, instead of a vitamin. The more sun you are exposed to, the more testosteron you’ll propably produce. And almost the hole world is vitamin d deficient (about 70%), because in modern times we do not go outside anymore like 300 years ago. And we here on this planet for about a million years and the sun always played a big role in our evolution. So why wouldn’t we be that also, maybe worse because of the pfs and sitting depressed in our homes. I know cdnuts who recovered, stated that he tried to get as much in the sun as possible. I live in holland where u can’t get the beneficial effects of the sun this time of the year, else i would be out sitting in the sun all day.
