You’re welcome. It is difficult to give advice about tapering because there is no evidence that it has ever been effective in preventing PFS or preventing worsening of symptoms. Also, it is almost impossible to tell if someone ever successfuly tapered the 5-ar inhibiting effect due to the tight margin of error in dose response.
The idea would be to prevent the rapid return of normal DHT levels while AR is still overexpressed/overabundant. At least I believe that is what most who discuss tapering are speculating will happen. Basically, preventing a withdrawal effect.
