allopregnolone and myelin

I saw may people saying that long term side mental effect where due because allopregnolone damage the myelin required for gaba transmission.

But I did not found any reviews which explain this effect ?

can anyone send me a link ?

If you feel that your myelin is an issue, go ahead and get your MRI which will show how is your myelin. Mine is 100% perfect.

you can see

* Blurriness in the central visual field that affects only one eye; may be accompanied by pain upon eye movement
* Double vision
* Odd sensation in legs, arms, chest, or face, such as tingling or numbness (neuropathy)
* Weakness of arms or legs
* Cognitive disruption including speech impairment, memory loss
* Heat sensitivity (symptoms worsen, reappear upon exposure to heat such as a hot shower)
* Loss of dexterity
* Difficulty coordinating movement or balance disorder
* Difficulty controlling bowel movements or urination
* Fatigue

it is almost the side effects related by propecia users who have mental side effects !

so what is the best thing to do to recover mental side effects ? or supplement ?
