I am starting to think some of my symptoms are allergy related, such as headache, excessive inflamatory response, eye pressure, bloating, diarrea.
Before finasteride, i had only mild allergies, with respiratory symptons such as bronchites, but very rare, maybe once every two or three years.
Now, it seems that i have developed food allergies as well, such as wheat, nuts, and possibly something on processed foods (don’t know yet what specifically). Maybe DHT has something to do with histamine regulation or white cells inhibition, who knows.
Also, if exercise over about 30 minutes or do weight training i also have an excessive inflamatory response, i get very warm as if i had a fever, and a feeling that my body is overreacting for this “agression” (the exercise). This lasts about two days. Could someone become “allergic” to exercise?
i saw your blood results , your cortisol seems high even though it is in the official range (5-25 result : 22.2)
this may be causing the inflammation , more likely it is the high cholesterol - in these cases blood pressure is often elevated.
what is your blood pressure?
My blood pressure is normal, 12/8.

Before Finasteride, i had mild allergies and inflammation on my throat sometimes. Now the body is probably trying to compensate for the low hormones and maybe overshooting my histamine production, making me very allergic.
any idea on how to reduce histamine response?
Yes, there are medications for that, anti-histamines. This is the kind of medication someone takes if he is severely allergic to something and gets in contact with the alergen. I think it does more than reducing the response, i guess it blocks the release of histamine itself. But if it is so high on me now (i guess), i am afraid to mess with it before i balance my hormones with TRT. Later on i might take this medication.
