adaptogenic herbs

Have been chewing a dried herb called jiaogulan it is an adaptogenic herb which means it helps your adrenals adapt to stress better.Started a couple of days ago and i have been having good results with regard to stress relief,anxiety etc.

My stress relief regime
1.Magnesium liquid form sprayed on body with a pump spray bottle once per day.It absorbs through skin better than through stomach.
2.Chew Jiaogulan herb 3-4 times per day then swallow after a couple of minutes.
3.At least 8 hour sleep per day and good diet + mild exercise etc you know the drill there.Don’t overdo the exercise or you will crash.
