Hello all. I began working out with weights about 2-3 months ago. Since then, I have gotten acne all over my back, arms, a bit on my chest, and my face has more than ever before. I have NEVER had this much acne before. It is almost like a rash, they aren’t large pimples for the most part, but just small red dots all over. I don’t understand what is going on.
Has anyone else experienced this? Does it go away? I’m not even allowed to get physically fit without some gross negative consequence.
