I took iso 8 months 7 months all was perfect than the last moth i noticed these side effects i stopped instant

Hello guys I took accutane for 8 months on a low dose (20mg) I took the last pill 9 months ago my skin has gotten very good but unfortunately I have a few side effects that haven’t gone away now these are ED and low libido you think will this get even better? can i do anything to get better? And can reinstating reverse symptoms?
