Absolutely lost. I need some advice

PFS : Bad erections or none and some curvature. I am getting my testosterone checked soon.
I am reading this forum every day and this is what I seem to understand:
Diet, exercise, no alcohol, vitamin E, L arginine, L carnitine, coenzime Q 10; vitamin D; cialis. No masturbation
Does cialis have any side effect or produces hair loss? How can I combine all of these products? Are there any specifical hormones to be checked?

I don’t understand this disorder after quiting 9 months ago. Starting to feel quite desperate.

Yeah there are a lot of contradictions about the whole thing, because what may work for someone may not work for someone else. Only advice I can give is to at least take multi-vitamin everyday, get good rest, and try and eat as healthily as you can.

I agree with danny. Keep it simple. I would avoid cialis as much as possible if I were you, because many reported it made their symptoms worse after some time.

Multi vitamin has been good for me. Maybe zync too. And for curvature, this may seem a little extreme, but a penis pump really helps with erections, so if you’re not getting nocturnal, this should help you keep its form until you get better. It’s probably been my best decision so far. The ones with water (tub) appear to work better.
