Personally I notice this more when my prostate feels disconnected from the rest of my body.
When I exercise I constantly try to flex the Kegel muscles while I do other activities, not when I rest. After a few weeks of this I get a connected feeling down there and it feels normal to flex at any stage of softness to erection. When I stop working out it feels as if the prostate shrinks and when it flexes the base is missing to support the outstretched erection and when not erect it jerks in and out of my body a bit to the left when I flex.
Basically there is a static swelling and strength that does not exist now unless I flex my kegel muscles while working out. Such a fine balance…
However it does not seem that the prostate has shrunken permanantly but rather swells and deflates like the rest of my muscles. But the catch is it is so much harder to work out than the rest of the body.
L-Arginine, precurser to NO, should also help it inflate I’m hoping. This is in a protein shake I take and I’m going to start taking it isolated.
So yeah, I notice this too and how I treat it has a direct effect on the quality of my erections. Also has direct effect on how much I can feel the prostate and how often I have to piss. Poor control of prostate = pissing little and often.
