This is all hypothetical, but:
- I took Accutane for a year for acne in high school, no side effects whatsoever
- I took an SRI for 6 months in the same year I took Finasteride, no side effects whatsoever
After reading many posts about the epigenetic theory, it seems to hold up more than any other. I’m not questioning it at all, but I am wondering if one of the ‘science guys’ on here may have a theory as to why Fin caused such a strong reaction, but the other two drugs did nothing? Could it be that I’m genetically predisposed to Finasteride in particular, but not the other two?
