So PSSD symptoms are not so rare. So PSSD and PFS seem to be mass effects. Young women don’t speak about it. Are there much more affected??

Yes for me PSSD is pretty common, Dr David Healy says that all people who take an SSRI develop some form of persistent sexual dysfunction, some with the problem however tend to believe their psychiatry which tells them they have no libido and erections because they are depressed. PFS is probably also much more common than some think.

When I told my close friend about my pfs he told me he got ED from ssris and after quitting it took him a couple years to get back to mostly normal (90%).
I think lots probably get low libido but just deal with it and move on with their lives.
