Did you have downswings during recovery?
I have one now but i was pretty good before this. I am scared if this downswing is not temporary.

Yes , it normal .
I have ups and downs too.

Downswing are usually temporary. Are you feeling better now?

Better but not as good as before. I have still imsomnia. My dick is still good and ”mini”-crash didnt affect it. I can workout as usual.

Is it normal to pfs-people have easy to grow muscle, because i have new records on gym and someone lose all muscles?

I don’t think so, it’s not very common, most people seem to report otherwise generally (in fact IIRC it has a warning in canada for possible muscle wastage), but on the other hand, there are some rare instances of patients reporting the opposite effects of those normally attributed to PFS.
In my personal experience, after I stopped taking fin and before my first crash, I felt hypersexual, very energetic and my skin was somewhat greasy (it’s all the opposite now after the crash).
In reality we just don’t know how this shit works.

again! It was just a 2 weeks window when I was feeling good;
now after 1 and a half months of weight lifting i feel bad and i have developed intolerance exercise ( i can’t sleep at night and non existing sex drive) i don’t know every time when i start weight lifting i develop intolerance after 1 and a half months;
I am tired almost 2 years and I am still without improvements;
I had high hopes and wanted to believe that I would get better but the reality is different;

Earlier in the thread, you seemed positive about the progress you’re making. When things aren’t going so well, it can be hard to think of anything else, but try to remember that things did get better and they can again.

How has genital size, look and feel been?

I get what you mean about exercise intolerance. Even when my pfs baseline was good, certain exercises could cause a mini crash.

Two years ago I did a run of high intensity exercises every couple of days and felt great, but I crashed last year again into poor sleep and shrinkage, then after getting a good sleep again for a couple of months I crashed again this February into four or five hours sleep.

Masturbating seems to make me much worse now. For years I could be fine doing it multiple times a day, now it clearly damages me.

always for me the first month of weight lifting goes well but after I don’t know what happens I feel bad and my sexuality goes bad,
Despite this time I have developed a lot of muscle much better than the last time 6 months ago and my crach this time to weight lifting was not strong as the last time,
I’m going to start a protocol: 4 weeks with exercise and 2 weeks without;
can you develop muscles?

No, but I haven’t tried the gym.

Have never been in a gym in my life lol, after pfs was too weak and depressed. When I did the intensity exercise I felt great and toned up, maybe added a very little bit of muscle but idk. Sadly the gym was closed then with lockdowns so I didn’t want to try until after the vaccine, but by then I crashed.

I did recover size and a lot of sensitivity after my initial crash, about two or three years later, so I know it can be done.

But I do not know how it happened so can’t try it again. I don’t really know how I crashed again last year, other than becoming tolerant to ZMA or taking too much other zinc in addition (I would take ZMA and zinc separately on the same day sometimes). Also ate chicken thighs a lot then which are androgenic.

Now I have shrinkage and if I masturbate a couple of times I get red marks down there. When I have bad insomnia it’s really hard to stop PMO as you have an extra couple of hours in bed and get tempted to test it out. I wish I could fix my sleep again, but again I don’t really know how it repaired the last time.

It’s good you have these recovery periods, it should bode well for you getting better.

I understand you, every week I have to PMO to test my performance and every time I tell myself that I have to stop it, since I don’t have the libido, porn is the only thing that gives me pleasure, I think it’s better to stop ,even for normal people it’s not good;
I haven’t tested zinc yet, have you seen any improvements with ?

I did, but I don’t know if it helped crash me last year.

I took it for years when my baseline was better and it gave me a nice but not massive boost to all sexual sides (libido, erection, volume). Now it does nothing or even gives me cold hands and feet, same with vitamin D.

I took ZMA (zinc, magnesium glycinate and vit b6) after I had burnout and insomnia following a year of stress. First night it gave me eigt hours sleep and a strong morning erection, I took it for a year and it was great but I probably became tolerant. I should have cycled it better, few days off here and there.

Some say zinc can be bad but I always found it to be mild and effective. It’s not a strong herbal supplement like tribulus or similar. But even when it worked for me I couldn’t take it every day or it would either give less benefit or make me feel a little worse.

Same here ZMA did the job, then nothing, then reactions. Unfortunately it seems to be the same pattern with most things. A bit like relationships with micey birds.

What symptoms relapse/get worse? Sleep, energy?

I feel tired, depressed,zero libido, sleep problems (wake up many times at night), my face get bad…but this time (crach)was not like the last time, this time is less severe

I’ve noticed my body doing weird things as I’ve started to exercise seriously the last couple weeks. Including changes to libido/function and skin getting a little dry again after improving for the past few months.

When you say your face gets bad, could you elaborate?

I’m gonna keep exercising throughout the summer here, and see if my body can acclimate to it. Like you, my muscles seem to respond well and it boosted my mood like it used to — but my regular PFS symptoms (which are mainly sexual and physical like skin dryness etc) seemed to not like it very much.

Truly bizarre, although it fits with the hypothesis at this point.

my skin is dry and less (no)oily and my eyes feel tired;
i started weight lifting in september 2021 and i felt very good my libido got better and my face got better too, but after 40 days in gym i didn’t feel good at all (crash), i continued the sport until february when i broke my wrist, i had to stop for 2 months;
I started the gym again in April but same story I felt good at the beginning the libido got better and I did sex 4 times in one week it was the first time since I have pfs, now I feel bad and really this time crash was not severe,

I don’t know what’s going on brother, I’m trying to try some protocols ,at least I can see that things can improve
