Has anyone had success or issues taking 5adhp? If so can you share your experiences.
Reading the links like the one from above shows promise for the people dealing with brain fog like myself. Also doing a search on the forum most people have had success with it. Not sure why it has taken me this long to pursue this angle in the fight of boosting allo. Perhaps it’s not easy to get your hands on it. It seems logical to try this in an attempt to promote allopregnanolone through supplementing with the precursor 5adhp. At one point ideallabs sold 5adhp but it seems they dont carry it right now. Does anyone know where 5adhp can be purchased? All input is appreciated.
how is the 5a dhp from ideal labs made? where is 5a dhp sourced. going through the forum there are only a few people claiming it’s efficacy the rest say it is pointless. why try it if it the source isn’t trust worthy?
