5-HTP,Tyrosine, and amino acids

Hey guys…

Last couple days I have been taking some 5-HTP(For serotonin uptake) and tyrosine(dopamine uptake), Choline(dopamine uptake), Panthotic Acid, Multivitamin, and a general amino acids I bought at GNC in liquid form.

I’ve have noticed some improvements with energy, and sexual function. My erections are a little bit…I’m probably at 40% of where I should be, however it was non existent before I started taking these supplements.

Now, I’m not making any conclusions here, but this maybe part of the puzzle in feeling better if propecia also affected our nerves somehow. If it didn’t, that’s fine, atleast this helps in feeling a bit better.

the general aminos will help. In particular L-Arganine has worked for me and Mew (search his posts).

However tyrosene can backfire. I used it for a week and felt great, almost high, then the effects tapered and I was worse than when I started…

You cant take too much of tyrosine or it will unbalance your neurotransmitters…you have to take it with 5-htp so you don’t deplete serotinin. Vice-Versa.
