Sorry for posting too long i forget my log in crediential it has been four years since i quiet finpecia i got two side effect upon quiting one is retracted testicle too much dreaming in sleep and digestive problem which is realated to liver my symtoms are same accept digestion which fluctuates i have not not improved but i adapt now after three year of quiting propecia i have fever and doctor order lft in which direct bilrubin was high ast alt ware mildly elevated but ggt was normal i repeat the lft after a month my ast and alt was improoved but my direct bilrubin was still high i reasersched on internate that when ggt is normal and direct bilrubin is high it is common in a condition called bile acid synthesis disorder which affect infant it is caused by 5 beta reductase deficiancy finastrride is konow to inhibit 5 beta reducatse i affraid is it causing my problem with liver cholestasis
