He needs to bring in Merck’s history though with Vioxx to show Merck has a history of continuing to sell extremely dangerous drugs despite knowing of the serious persistent/permanent side effects. I hope they use this knowledge in the court cases.
WTF ? Even $ 100K each, which I hope this is describing, is freaking nothing for losing my sexuality, identity, and probably fertility as well.
There’s no amount of money I’d knowingly accept for what I’ve lost. People make 100K for bad car accidents…
I am in that lawsuit, I didn’t know what amount of money the attorneys were going to be requesting but the lanaguage specify’s “an amount over $100,00”. Far far far too low imo as well, if I was to put a number on it would be something large enough to bankrupt the company… and even that would be very lienent considering what their plauge has done to us.
100K makes me really sad. My life and yours was worth more than this.

thinking about how courts sometimes work, that just might be the way they have to file it initially i.e. to get heard in court X, check box “over 100K”. will ask them about this if they return my call on Monday.
