Also they say that test injections increased testicular volume, which i don’t understand as doesn’t it typically decrease it?

Its to mimic an erection. The only true way to judge size.
I would think in this case, the issue was so severe trt had a positive impact on testicular volume.
Again I dont really have much interest in trt, but its an example of
resolution of symptoms after the cause is corrected. It was most striking to me his recovery even as a 34 year old.
