Basically orgasms don’t feel pleasurable as they use to… not sure if thIs is cuz testosterone lowered or what. … havnt went to the doctor yet. … thanks guys any tips would be great

Cutting gluten is a good idea. You may also want to consider eating a lot of meat and eggs. The saturated fat and cholesterol can really kick off the androgen cycle and help get your libido back.

Wait for the studies and do nothing. (Cowardly act) Regardless I will continue to learn to be happy just the way I am in the mean time because I have no choice. Everyday I’m depressed. I eventually want to do a bunch of extended waterfast as well as paleo diet. For now I’m learning about adversity and lifting weights (deadlifts lunges bench press etc) Im severely depressed but I will find happiness regardless of this fucked up syndrome. Im not a quitter. I’ll die a painful death before I commit suicide. PFS will NOT take my life away.

good post, think that everyone here should see that video. so many stressed and depressed people on this forum, not giving their body any chance to recover. Mind is much stronger then people think it is.

Yeah I just got my blood drawn yesterday morning. Most of the stuff that I’m getting tested for are the short list what this site recommends. My regular doctor said he’ll contact me in a week. He thinks its low T.

I also don’t get morning wood no more 4 months since I quit. Erections hard to get and maintain. I weigh a normal weight 180lbs. 6’2 inches.

As far as the fasting from researching it says its a natural healer. My theory is if I do enough of them I’ll heal a tiny bit more and more. Also from reading online that when you eat perfect and exercise you heal faster from sicknesses.

The Foundation of my Recovery Path

I will no doubt modify this as I learn more. Alot based on Cdnuts Protocol. (Cdnuts a Hero of Mine) Everything on this list is great for Hormones.

Healthy Diet all Organic-(Pesticides/ Chemicals raise estrogen) Chicken Beef Fish Fruit Vegatables Nuts Seeds No Gluten. No Dairy… Only carbs I’ll eat is Potatoes, Beans, Fruits… Not rice as I just found out it slows down DHT-Testoterone Conversion… Still deciding about beans.

I’ll eat my carbs after my workout. Also called Carb Backloading… This way carbs turn into muscle instead of fat. Eat away all the fat and reduce the estrogen at the same time. Estrogen lives in fat I’ve read. (Also Boost testosterone)

Drink only water and a minimum of 64 Ounces per day (Hydration helps hormones)

Lift weights 3 Days a week. Big muscle groups. Deadlifts- Bench Press- Squats- Lunges Etc. (Raises baseline testosterone in time according to studies)

HIIT Sprints 2 Days a week (Boost Testosterone)

Mindfulness Meditation 2 Hours Per day I started this December 20th… I no longer think about suicide since I’ve been doing this. Tomorrow will be a month into learning this and practicing it… After I do this I literally feel high… My hair doesn’t even fall out as fast as it was prior to this… Greatest tool for PFS I’ve learned so far. A Few thoughts regarding recovery. I know anything is possible. I know there is a lot of people in the world who don’t believe you can cure disease whether its PFS, Aids, Parkinsons Disease, or Cancer etc. with Natural Health Remedies. I also know that there is a lot of people in this world who DO believe you can cure disease with Natural Health Remedies. I’m the latter.

There’s clearly been Recoveries here which gives me a lot of hope. The PFS Studies also give me hope. Anything Positive. I’ve read a comment on here saying that “You can’t reverse a complicated thing like PFS simply by getting in shape”… Well for hundreds of years they said “Brain Damage is Permanent” up until the last 10 years they’ve discovered “Brain Damage is Reversible”… Google Daniel Amen… Basically through Diet Exercise Etc “Over time usually some years” the brain rebuilds itself… How hopeful is that… Very Uplifting for me

So for me personally I have one life. I will fight for it. I’m a winner. I will do this overtime. I’ll learn to love this protocol. I’ll learn to be happy with this disease. I will do the right thing in my eyes. Avoiding my favorite Italian Foods. My heart says to do this. So I’m going to listen to it. I will fight this disease to the death. If you have a different point of view its all good. I understand.

I believe as long as a cute girl knows I’m doing my best to heal my self because I have a messed up wiener. She will accept me. But I have to accept my self first. Feeling 90% as of this month. Very happy. Cant Complain. I can Now maintain a BONER!

Only things I need improvement on are orgasm feeling improvement and the time it takes to ejaculate. I can ejaculate in 5 minutes now.

However when I eat bread or sweets like cake I’ll go to test my self and it will go back to ED. Very strange. But as long as I stick to my plan based on CDNuts I’ll be in a state of 90% recovered… All I can say is I am damn happy where I’m at even if I only stay this far improved however I believe I’ll improve all the way in time. Still experimenting with foods to see what I can get away with. I never waterfasted or did hormones as Cdnuts has.

What I’ve been doing since February 1st.

Doing Sprints twice a week Eight 80 Yard Sprints each Day

Lift weights twice a week 30-40 minute weight lifting sessions. Bench Leg Press Wide Pull ups Dips… Big muscle groups

Eat about 2400 Calories a Day… I need to eat a little more to build…

I’m 6’2… 175lbs… 25 Years Old… Was weighing 185… when I started…

I Meditate and hour a day… Mindful Meditation. Where you focus on your breath and not thoughts… look into it… Depression reduced 80% because of this alone no bull shit and no drugs… 20 Minutes in the morning 20 Minutes after I workout and 20 Minutes before bed…

I only ate walnuts and pecans before 2:30 pm then I would work out till 3:15 then I would eat all my other food after 3:15pm… Carb back loading…

Drink a Gallon of water a day. Drink 32ounces upon wake up Faucet filters not Bottled… then don’t eat nuts till 2 hours after I drank the water. Then Drink the rest throughout the day.

I did all the Vitimins and T-Boosters Cdnuts recommends

Within a month on this I could Sustain a boner… All the stuff I listed. I don’t know if just the diet would cause this success or even not meditating… But if you do it all You’ll probly be where I’m at. I’m only posting here to help. “Propeciahelp” is the name of this group.

I’ve been doing better and I would say that the biggest thing in your recovery would be the testo-boosters. Which one are you using?
They work in waves that’s when you feel a lot better and then you get a little bit down but never worse like before starting.

About orgasm this is related to your dopamine and herbs like tribulus will make it better. You can see guys here saying their emotions got back to normal and now they can’t stop listening to music (Elb said that) that’s because our dopamine is working again then not only music but also TV shows, hang out with friends, everything gets better because now you will be able to enjoy things even smile more.

One thing is necessary is to cycle the herbs and use high dosages of a high quality supplement (like Apr1989 said).

I’m not sure if diet would influence the herbal effect if so I would suggest to get the best diet according to this effectiveness.

Also I get a ton of Sun… I’m also as tan as my skin can get right now. I live in Arizona where its sunny all the time and I get about 80 minutes of sun per week. When researching foods that are good for Testosterone etc. I discovered the site anabolicmen.com… Anyhow everything that Cdnuts says to do is on that site and how it helps… Really drilled in the education behind what Cdnuts advises… The guy who made that site made post about this herb called “Ashwagandha”… Its a T-booster… Basically what “T-boosters” are, are superfoods… Like eggs… super healthy…

Anything that is super healthy by nature will naturally raise your Testosterone and lower estrogen… T-boosters are just super healthy foods like Kale or Spinach or Blueberries etc.

Anyways he posted a blog about “Ashwagandha” and theres a link of a study where these people took that herb and didn’t even cycle it and their Testosterone increased… There for that particular T-booster I take it everyday since February. The other T-boosters I take are from that site Cdnuts advises… Tongkat, Rhiodea Rose, Tribulus, Catuaba, Horny Goat, and Macuna Pruriens.

I started lifting weights September of 2014 last year did that for 5 months with the T-boosters… Nothing happened… I messed up my Toe during sprints and couldn’t sprint for months… But I was eating what ever… The T-boosters and the working out didn’t do anything. This happened 2 months ago… I added Organic Minced Garlic, Red Bell Peppers, Green Bell Peppers and Onions to my Eggs and potatoes cooked in Olive oil… But just from adding those healthy foods I got ED again… What the hell! Weird as hell… So then I went back to the Foundational Foods and within about 3 days the ED went away. Could maintain a boner again… Don’t know if it was the Minced Garlic, the peppers or the onions… When I ate the Peanut Butter and Cacao I was also eating Cashews and Almonds… So I’m gonna do one food at a Time now figure out which ones cause me ED and which ones don’t…

Also I notice my Spit is more watery since PFS and also I have Minor Muscle Twitches… Slight Tinnitus in my left ear also… My Twitches feel like they’ve reduced though as of yesterday. Before Starting this recovery path I didn’t have these Muscle Twitches though… I definitely notice the recovery waves that Cdnuts mentions though…

You mentioned “oats” in your list of foods that you are eating. Including oats, which are grains, is not supposed to be eaten in a paleo diet. Oats have a lot of carbs. At what time of the day do you eat oats? Even though oats are healthy it may be conflicting with cdnuts approach of eating raw foods only. I am currently eating oats with apples in the morning as a breakfast as it gives you a lot of energy for the day.
