22 year-old attempting to recover from PFS

Hello there, I am from Poland and sry for my english, i hope you will understand me.

I started taking fin when i was 19-20 years old, due to extensive hairloss. It stopped hairfall and maintained growth but, i noticed a little worse libido after 3 mounths, but i didnt care (i was telling those things to my friend, so i can precisely claim, i dont think that up). After 1,5 year one day i felt like my libido is total crap. I stopped taking fin… after few moutnhs i noticed NO improvment. I started gymming, healthy diet, but it didn’t help. Than i read about testosterone suplements and i tried plenty, even 8 at the same time (recommended on this forum), but still no improvment.

I realised i have extreme fatigue, lypomasthy and many others side effects, almost all. I found that i have thyroid problems, hashimoto. Im interested if it was coused by finasteride ? T4 supplementation helped with fatigue. What is more, after 5-6 mounths i finally reduced my weight+15% body fat, no lypomasthy, but it didnt help with low libido… Of course i am also on 0 gluten, lactose, soy diet. I avoid sugars. The only thing i cant get rid of is coffee, but i doubt removing it from died would significantly improved my situation.

My next attempt was TRT=enanthate+HCG, than after out: nolvadex+clomid. Im now on last week off clomid but, 0 improvment, even during cycling testosterone. I did blood tests and my testosterone was very high together with estradiol, so it worked fine.

An its today, 1,5 year off finasteride, i feel better, i look better, but all those i think are thanks to T3+T4 supplementation. My libido is still low, no morning erection or spontnuous erections, i even dont think about sex… I can get my penis hard (not that hard like it used to be), but not bad at all and have orgasm, but its weaker… I dont knwo guys, its 1,5 year… Im on perfect diet, i count every calorie, i do weight lifting EOD, i take supplements: zinc, D3, omega 3, selenium, vit A+E.

Today i had big stress attack and i reminded everything of that, i forgot about PFS, but sometimes i think about it, like now and i feel terrible… i dont know what to do next.

There was a short moment when my libido and sex drive was fine, it was during supplementation of creatine+SUN testosterone (dont remember what exactly).

Can someone tell me why didnt i have better libido while on testosterone enathate ? I’m so tired of this… i’m thinking about suicide if i don’t find any solution.

I want to add that there was a moment, when i had my libido back, sexual thoughts and everything. It was when i was talking CREATINE and SAN MYOTEST (test booster), but i think the whole success was thx to creatine. I wanted to try it again for longer time, but i read on this forum, that its a bad idea.

hang in there man…

i would strongly suggest to visit justquitdut’s thread for any questions you might have about testosterone therapy and for the answer as to why enathate didnt work…

a member on here apr1989 actually got his testosterone above 1000 with the use of triptorelin and still didnt feel good, it only got him a small improvement. the big change happened when he started cycling a high potency tribulus supplement

I completely recovered. I hope this message finds all who still struggles. I tried everything, including steroids, diets, tons of supplements, not mentioned in this topic.

What helped me and keep me rocevered since many months is supplementation of two things:

  • saffron
  • high dosage of probiotic “Limosilactobacillus reuteri ATCC PTA 6475”.

I have normal morning woods, spontaneous erections. I am happy to answer some of your questions. I don’t plan to stay here for longer, but maybe my protocol will help someone. Of course i maintain healthy lifestyle, take vit D, vit C, magnesium, omega 3 etc, but i took those things for many years and i believe the combination above gave me the success.

This kind of recovery stories are very valuable to sufferers like us. Did you have any other symptoms other than ED and low libido? Can you explain about your timeline in detail. I know 11 years is long but it will be very valuable information for current sufferers. Thank you.
