2 liters of Water first thing in the morning improves my mental side effects quite a lot

These days as soon as I wake up…I brush and drink 2 liters of water
I don’t eat/drink anything for the next 40 minutes…
This reduces my mental side effects massively and I have been feeling great

previously I use to take endocrine disruptor relief 1 tab a day to get rid of mental side effects…
these days i have stopped using it completely as drinking water in the morning and not eating anything for the next 40 mins is doing the trick.

this is helping me with mental side effects so far but i don’t see much improvement with sexual side effects

yeah. i’ll be the first to say thanks!! i thought that initially when i crashed, i felt that by drinking a lot of hot/warm water relieved my mental symptons… but it was too slight to be sure. I’m gonna try this out myself too to see if it’s any effect.

In general though, eat as soon as you can though (after that short 40 min fasting). Your cortisol is pumping in the morning and you need to eat/feed a lot of fuel to feel better for the rest of the day.

these days i have been adding pure lemon juice to water…I am getting additional benefits as lemon alkalizes my body from acidic which helps clean out the candida from by body

hah, i was also going to suggest that due to candida, i did that myself too.

I tried putting lemon juice/water into the water, it doesn’t seem to make me worse at least noticably… but the lemon juice product i use also has this sodium? type of preservative so i’m not sure if i’m gonna put that on the water first in the morning, a real lemon is a much better idea.

And yeah, just eat right AFTER the 40 minutes (if you don’t want to eat earlier than that). I tested this today morning, i started to become a little hungry after 40 mins (and remember, i still have to religiously eat after 3 hours all the time to avoid hypoglycemia and possible brainfog) so more than 40 minutes would be stretching it for everybody else as well.

I used to do total morning fasting but initially it made brainfog better… and then i started to feel that it was makign me a bit worse. I started to eat as soon as i woke up and i’ve felt better since. It’s no good that you starve yourself (it’ll punish your adrenal gland) but eh, 30 to 40 minutes of no food + just water or lemonjuice-and-water after waking is okay.
