I’ve seen this list on a lot of other sites and unfortunately I must say that in case of PFS these simply don’t work. Some items from the list are questionable bullshit when it comes to sex drive. Still, what I would definitely advise for anyone from that list are eggs, almond (and many other seeds), and garlic (also (fried) onion). Besides this eat whatever you desire if it is not junk food.

Some suggest that dietary cholesterol has nothing to do with your serum cholesterol, a bad serum cholesterol is the result of something else (for example overweigh). I had all my cholesterol levels (total, hdl, ldl) within range even during my water fast (although water fast generally raises cholesterol levels and during weigh loss the ldl is higher than hdl).
