It is very childish to expect help about your health on an online forum and considering suicide if you don’t receive it. Somebody can certainly help you, and that somebody is a doctor.
Your problems could be related to fin usage, they could also be related to 20 other things that simply coincided with your fin usage.
Being miserable on an online forum and considering suicide are things you could always go back to, but first be an adult and see a doctor.
